1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging in any business with Shone Media ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Use of Footage and Material All footage, content, and material created by us for any project can be used in our portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, display on our website, social media platforms, and any other promotional materials we deem appropriate. By agreeing to these terms, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the created content for portfolio purposes.

3. Payment Terms a. Upfront Payment: All projects require a 40% upfront payment before any work begins. This is non-negotiable and secures your place in our schedule. b. Completion Payment: The remaining 60% of the total project fee is due upon completion of the work. The final deliverables will be provided once the full payment has been received.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy a. Non-Refundable Deposit: If a project is canceled by the Client for any reason after the initial 40% payment has been made, there will be no refunds issued. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated to the project, which could have been utilized for other clients. b. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a project, the Client will receive a full refund of the initial 40% payment.

5. Changes to the Terms of Service We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
